In 2016, I needed to be back on track as far as being fit was concerned but I was very hesitant to join a gym. But I was ready emotionally to be in shape and burn some fat. So I wanted a place I could find that motivation and I did find that at GO FITNESS. My work out plans giving to me without extra cost was really fun and exciting. As at December 2016 I was eager to be in shape because child bearing had taken all that from me. So I joined Go Fitness just to try it out, to me if I don’t get result I would find a better place, but in just two months amazingly I have started returning to shape, am really excited about my new look, and I intent to keep going further with Go fitness.
I came to Go Fitness with a fitness goal of building my butt, and getting toned up, it’s been six months now on my journey with Go Fitness and I have really transformed to the person I have always wanted to be. Am so glad I took this bold step to join Go Fitness, I look forward to subscribing to their new diet plans to help me stay in shape in times I feel so lazy to work out.
